Ice cream without an ice cream maker. . . and it looks beautiful! I gleaned pomegranates from a woman whose tree was probably 20’ by 15’ and she only parted with some, but I nevertheless ended up with at least 50, and I made jelly with mine. If she still lives there next year I am knocking on her door again and I am making THIS!

Sounds like a lovely book, and you certainly did it justice. I’m sure your parents were impressed. Plus, I LOVE pomegranates and I’ve never had kulfi so I better get it together. Hope you’re having happy holidays in the snow!
