I prefer using low fat mayo, that way i dont feel guilty, or otherwise i find that substituting half the amt for yogurt also tastes wonderful. I agree that it's a complete meal which is perfect for my lunch tiffin. I normally make them a week's worth at a time so the flavours meld as the days go by.
